In April 2024, we successfully shipped a complete set of customized nail production line equipment to Bangladesh. This customer is from Dhaka and is a local medium-sized hardware manufacturing company that mainly produces nails for construction and industry.
The customer hopes to establish a nail-making production line with high automation, stable production capacity and simple operation, which can complete everything from wire drawing, nail making to polishing in one stop.

In order to meet the customer’s diverse nail specification requirements, we recommend the use of the highly adaptable Z94-5C nail making machine, which supports the production of nails with a diameter of 0.9-5.5mm and a length of 9-150mm. At the same time, two drum wire drawing machines (15kw+11kw) are equipped to pull the raw material wire to the target diameter, effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of nail making.
In the initial communication, the customer specifically asked for the machine to not only have stable performance, but also visually conform to the overall style of their new factory. Therefore, we also sprayed the machine into the green color they specified, which is consistent with the color tone inside the factory, creating a neat and beautiful production workshop.
After the nail making is completed, customers can use the matching SD-1000 polishing machine to efficiently polish the nails, which can process 1000kg of nails each time, greatly improving the appearance and market added value of the finished product. In view of the customer’s workshop space layout, we also made personalized adjustments to the equipment size and outlet direction to ensure that the machine can be put into use when it arrives at the factory.
Packing and Positive Feedback
After all the equipment tests are completed, we use thickened wooden cases and shockproof packaging for crating. The whole packing process is strictly controlled, and there is a engineer in charge of supervising the packing order to ensure that the equipment is not bumped or missed during transportation.
On the day of equipment packing, we took clear photos and videos of the packing for the customer, so that the customer can make remote acceptance. The three core machines were successfully packed and shipped out from the terminal in the afternoon of the same day. After receiving the equipment, the customer immediately gave us feedback and was very satisfied with our professional equipment packaging and overall service experience. It is worth mentioning that the customer also sent us a photo of the remodeled workshop. The green machines perfectly with the original color of the factory, just like tailor-made!
