In May 2023, we welcomed customers from Nigeria. They run a nail production factory in the local area with stable business and large market demand, but they also face problems of low production efficiency and rising labor costs. In order to expand production and improve efficiency, they have shown great interest in our ZS-3 high-speed nail making machine after many comparisons.
The customer hopes to find a fast, stable and easy-to-operate equipment to meet the rapidly growing local market demand. He said: “We have inspected many manufacturers and finally chose to come to you because your machine performance is more suitable for our current production goals.”

Customized Solutions
During the customer’s visit, we arranged a detailed factory tour accompanied by the sales manager and technical team, and explained in detail the structural design, operating mechanism and maintenance points of the ZS-3 model.
From the machine operation process to the introduction of parts, we demonstrated one by one, and gave very practical production suggestions based on the customer’s nail specifications (such as length 28-110mm, diameter 2.1-3.5mm).
We also simulated their production scenario, demonstrating how to use ZS-3 to achieve high-speed operation of 1000 pieces/minute, and use a 2.2kW wire rack to achieve continuous feeding without jamming.
The customer expressed great satisfaction and gave high praise to the machine’s precision and production rhythm.
Packing and Feedback
After completing the equipment testing and acceptance, we quickly arranged the delivery process. Each ZS-3 nail making machine is strictly debugged before shipping and packed in professional shockproof wooden boxes to ensure safety and integrity during transportation.
The matching motor and wire rack are also packed separately and clearly labeled to facilitate customers to unload and install.
After the equipment arrived in Nigeria smoothly, the customer sent us feedback as soon as possible: the equipment packaging was intact, the installation was smooth, the machine ran stably after startup, the finished nails looked beautiful, and the qualified rate was very high!
In the early stage of the equipment being put into use, we guided customers to complete the installation and debugging through remote video. Customers reported that the operation was simple and the quality of nail was stable, and they were very satisfied with the overall performance of the machine.
