1. Why are some nails not straight?
It is caused by uneven pressure on the feeding wheels. Before the nail-making machine leaves the factory, we will straighten them and make adjustments.
2. What should be done if the nail head formation is incomplete?
It is necessary to replace the punch and check the material of the wire. Meanwhile, we will provide a set of free punches. If the customer needs more punches as spares, we can also configure them. Both Q235 wire and 1022A wire are suitable for our nail-making machine.
3. How to deal with the situation where the nail tip is not sharp or cracked?
It is necessary to replace the tool, adjust the material formula, and increase lubrication and cooling.
4. What should be done if the wire breaks during wire drawing?
Use high-quality materials, and set the drawing speed and the winding speed ratio reasonably. Regularly inspect and replace the drawing dies to ensure surface smoothness.
Keep the annealing current stable and improve operational stability.
5. What should be done if the wire diameter from the wire drawing machine is unstable?
Regularly check the diameter size and replace the worn die in time.
