Why does the feeding machine of nail production line have feeding jam?

Second, failure of the transmission system: the gears, chains and other transmission parts are loosened, misaligned, or insufficiently lubricated, which can’t stably transfer the power to make the material feeding intermittent jams.

Third, abnormalities of the control system: the sensors are out of order, and they can’t accurately detect the material Position, or control programme error, resulting in feeding rhythm disorder. It is necessary to repair the worn parts, adjust the transmission system, calibrate the sensors and optimize the control program.

Why are the nails produced by the nail moulding machine irregular in shape?

First, improper installation of mould: the mould is not accurately installed in place, there are angular deviations or uneven gaps, resulting in uneven force, skewed and deformed nails.

Second, serious wear and tear of mould: the mould cavities are worn out and the dimensions are changed after long term use, so that the nails produced can not conform to the standard shapes.

Third, unstable pressure: the hydraulic or pneumatic system of the moulding machine fails, resulting in the moulding pressure fluctuating and affecting the nail forming results. Second, feeding positioning is not allowed: feeding positioning device loose or sensor failure, can not guarantee that each feeding length is accurate, affecting the cut off size.

Why does the coating flake off from the nail surface treatment equipment?

Coating flaking is caused by a variety of factors.

First, incomplete pre-treatment: the oil, rust, etc. on the surface of nails are not completely removed, the coating is not sufficiently bonded to the surface of nails, and it is easy to peel off.

Second, improper treatment process: such as galvanising temperature, time control is not accurate, the coating crystalline structure is bad, reduce adhesion.

Third, uneven coating thickness: unstable pressure of spraying equipment or clogging of nozzle, resulting in partially too thick or too thin coating, and the thick part is easy to crack and peel off.
