The production speed of regular model is 10~30 metres/minute, and the high-speed model can reach 50 metres/minute or more, depending on the type of barbed wire and wire specification.
Most of the models are equipped with automatic feeding frame and winding device, which can achieve unmanned continuous production and reduce human intervention.
Applicable materials include low carbon steel wire, galvanised steel wire, stainless steel wire, plastic-coated steel wire, etc. Galvanised wire is one of the common processing materials.
The installation and commissioning period of the equipment is usually 3~7 days, and the manufacturer can provide remote or on-site technical support to ensure normal operation.
Customised production is supported. By adjusting the moulds and parameters, the spacing (e.g. 5cm~15cm) and mesh size can be flexibly controlled.
