The raw suitable size wires put on a wire rack, and input the wire to the nail making machine feeding device, and go through the nail mold box, leave a small part after this. Then start the machine, the machine will keep running and the wire head be punched by the punch pin and get a force and forms the cap of the nail, and the nail tail will be cut by a pair of cutter in left side and right side, forming the tail sharp shape. Normally use the Q195 or Q235 low carbon steel for produce the common wire nail, coil nail, roofing nail. Use high carbon 45# or 55# steel to produce the steel concrete nail. Use low carbon steel and Zinc Coating to produce galvanized nails. Use Q235 low carbon steel to produce the self-tapping screw for wood industry, and use 22A cold heading wire to produce the self-tapping screw for metal industry.
