It is suggested to choose the necessary machines of Z94 nail making machine, and nail polishing machine, others like wire drawing machine is not needed, user can buy the directly same diameter wire as the nail. So directly connect with the wires and get the finished nails out, and then polishing them.
The nail length can be adjusted on the nail making machine by adjust the push rod screw. The nail diameter can be adjusted by changing the nail molds. And nail cap diameter, thickness can be adjusted on machine by punch cutters.
The nail making machines will be delivered as a whole machine, so no need assemble the machines parts and we have various videos of teaching how to changes spare parts, how to input wire, how to adjust size, this machine operation is not a problem.
The raw suitable size wires put on a wire rack, and input the wire to the nail making machine feeding device, and go through the nail mold box, leave a small part after this. Then start the machine, the machine will keep running and the wire head be punched by the punch pin and get a force and forms the cap of the nail, and the nail tail will be cut by a pair of cutter in left side and right side, forming the tail sharp shape.
