There are two options, one option is to choose Z94-2C, Z94-4C, Z94-5C nail making machine, different model to produce different nail size. If as a factory starter, investment budget is small, we recommend you the Z94-5C model to produce different nail size, only by changing the nail mold, but the capacity for produce small size nails will be less than Z94-1C or Z94-2C.
It is suggested to choose the necessary machines of Z94 nail making machine, and nail polishing machine, others like wire drawing machine is not needed, you can buy the directly same diameter wire for the nail making. So directly connect with the wires and get the finished nails out, and then polishing them.
The wear part of the nail making machine is the nail mold, nail cutter and punch pin. Around 3-5 months can change new one, and the nail cutter also can be sharpened by the cutter grinding machine.
The nail length can be adjusted on the nail making machine by adjust the push rod screw. The nail diameter can be adjusted by changing the nail molds. And nail cap diameter, thickness can be adjusted on machine by punch cutters.
Normally use the Q195 or Q235 low carbon steel for produce the common wire nail, coil nail, roofing nail. Use high carbon 45# or 55# steel to produce the steel concrete nail. Use low carbon steel and Zinc Coating to produce galvanized nails. Use Q235 low carbon steel to produce the self-tapping screw for wood industry, and use 22A cold heading wire to produce the self-tapping screw for metal industry.
